I want to lodge a serious complaint regarding sbi branch almora .My dad is having a salary account with almora branch.My father went their for rtgs but they denied that it's not your home branch we can't do that.My dad then deposited cheque after checking the signatures from the account but cheque is returned and the staff there not bothered to give even a call for the cheque.I need money on urgent basis in delhi for treatment of my mother but the pathetic staff of sbi not even bothered to serve their customer well.
Twice the same amount cheque has been returned.I request you to kindly take an action on this matter otherwise I'll file and RTI against this branch and it's all members
