Dear Sir,
Myself Subhash Mukhopadhyay of Supreme & Co. Pvt. Ltd. of Kolkata, India, one of our customers in Nepal has opened LC through Kumari Bank in Kathmandu and routed through your Branch in Mumbai. LC No. 013IMFLC200589 dated 08/06/2020.
We are following up for the Original LC first from Mr. Rahul (Cell No. 9987493667) regarding transmission of Original LC. He told me to send him mail. I did with scanned copy of the Swift Message through which Kumari Bank had transmitted LC to your Mumbai Branch but not getting any effect.
Then we contact with Mdama Hema at your Kathmandu Branch he has tryed and we could not received Original LC and at last she gave the cell Number of Mr. Kamath of Mumbai Branch.
From them we started followup with Mr. Kamath and we got the refernec No. TF2016261001 and were given to understand that the this ref number is the LC processing ref. n. and send us soft copy through E-mail on 19/06/2020.
Since then we are following up for the courier tracking but till now neither received Original LC Nor received even Courier Receipts.
Sir, we are very helpless for the LC opened on 08/06/2020 and even after expiry of 14 days we have not yet received Original LC.
Please help us to get Original LC.
