4. HDFC Bank Mobile Banking Application

I have applied for a Credit Card – would like to know the status?

You can check the status of your credit card application. You are required to input the 16 digit Application reference number and Mobile number or Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY).

How to redeem the reward points?

Through NETBANKING

Login to HDFC Bank NetBanking and click on “Credit Cards” tab on top
Register your Credit card (one time activity). Within “Credit Cards” tab click on “Register New Card” placed on left hand side navigation bar. You will need your 4 digit Credit Card PIN to complete this registration process
Post registration, click on “Redeem Reward Points” link on the left hand side navigation bar. Select your Card,

Click on “Continue” to proceed to the Online Redemption portal

Click on “Redeem Reward Points” in the Homepage of “Online Redemption”. Select “Points Range” and “Item Category” to view catalogue. Select items by adding to Shopping cart

Once you have selected all items you want to redeem, Click on “View Shopping Cart” link to view items selected for redemption. Quantity of items selected can be modified here by clicking on “Edit”

Click on “Redeem” to confirm redemption request. Note down the Redemption Order Number generated
Applying through online will ensure faster processing and receipt of items within 7 days
