    I Mr. Anil narayan morye holding a bank account with your bank since commencement of the Shivai nagar branch . I am having a transport business and having Current A/C - 1824, saving A/C-7225 and wid your bank. Since our business is under expansion project we needed to open our CC A/C but the manager is not releasing the order and we have paid all the due amount of time before hand as records are available easily to you. We are having a new agreement of business with Raymond Ltd for that we need money for working capital U can check our Financial statements we are having a turnover of Rs 1.5 crores and for further for future expansion we need to open CC limit . And the manager is not paying due attention to this and not responding at all since we have submitted the documents before 4 months and if the same thing continues u will be loosing your customers and we would need to shut down A/C wid your bank.
    Kindly pay attention and we need the reason from
    branch manager why CC is not granted yet as it has been 4 months till date.. Hope u look into this matter and do the needful.

    Sir due to safety reasons I always update to new mobile in the market,but due to your policy that the account is connected to the number of the mobile I have to apply for new mpin.i have 3 account thane Shiva branch.for every account I have to keep one I have to keep 3 mobiles for 3 account..this time when I upgraded to new mobile..I submitted my mpin application in Pune sadashivpeth branch.i have been told by the manager of Pune branch that you keep 3 mobiles fixed for your account..if that is the rule than the bank should submitt me 3 mobiles.if your software need 3 mobiles for 3 account and I have been forced not to buy any new mobiles as they will not provide me with mobile banking...what type of rule is this...and when core banking is allowed,how could the staff of Pune branch in front of manager could tell me that you submitt your application in your own arrogant behaviour to a own bank customer.please give a solution ..and let me know the clear view of the bank...I will change my mobile to the latest...if your software is insufficient work on it...the bank cannot stop me for buying new safety mobiles for their mobile banking system....please train the manager and staff of pune sadashivpeth...How to talk with bank customer,if he is from thane branch...please do the needful and let me know your reply..
