    On 17-06-2019, we requested the SBI RACPC OMR office to arrange for cancelling our MOD at Neelankarai SRO. We were informed by Mr. Anbu that a personnel(Mr. Sahaya Raj) will be attending the cancellation of the MOD on 19-06-2019.
    When we called Mr. Sahaya Raj on the 17-06-19 to confirm the arrangement, he rudely informed us that he cannot come on Wednesday and that he can come only on Tuesdays to this SRO. We were shocked by his tone. We had planned to do the cancellation of MOD and sale deed registeration of the property on Wednesday since the property owner is a mother of a new born. But however to get the things done in time, we agreed to Mr. Sahaya Raj's order and booked a slot for MOD cancellation on the 18-06-19(Tuesday) between 2pm-3pm slot. The buyer didn't want to register the property on Tuesday as it is not an auspicious day.
    But when Mr. Sahaya Raj who was supposed bring the original documents from RACPC did not bring the same and also refused to go get it from RACPC, OMR Thoraipakkam which was only nearby to the Neelankarai SRO. He demanded Mr.Anbu to collect it. The RACPC refused hand over the original documents to Mr anbu but they said they will give only to Mr sahayaraj. When this was informed to Mr sahayaraj he refused to go collect it and started yelling at us(SBI customer) stating that we should have got it ourselves from the RACPC. He not only gave us a lot of mental pressure but also refused to do his job. Due to this our slot for Tuesday was cancelled by the SRO. And this has also put the buyer (who's is also taking loan from the same SBI branch) under a lot of pressure because now the cancellation of MOD and the sale deed registration has to be done on the same day.

    In view of the above, we strongly advise to take appropriate actions against MR. Sahaya Raj so that no more customers like us are put in such situation. We have been badly treated by your own(SBI) employee. Hope this not the normal way you treat your employees.
