    YONO APP-PAPL service chanrges deducted by DVANUVAMALAI:

    Sir, I have been availed PAPL Amount of Rs.599900/- from YONO APP at Kalakkad Branch (70209)after loan amount credited my account, Amount of Rs.10618.82 was deducted from my account for Processing fees charges, But there is no processing fees for PAPL till 31st march-2021,This was taken upto bank manager, he refused my hearings, responded that there is no link between bank & YONOAPP.

    If deducted amount not refunded, i am ready to refund the loan amount immediately to the bank, will close my account with SBI bank.

    I need a proper response on this case and resolve it at the earliest.
