    No any action after two time submission of KYC form with documents.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    My saving account number is 11035318104 (PANVEL BRANCH).It freezed by bank because of no any transaction.I have submitted KYC form with documents 2 times in your bank to activate my account.But your officer missed it first time,then second time I have submitted documents before 2 months.But no any response from bank side.
    Please check the status and resolve my problem.

    2. My Defence Salary Account Nos is 30764050969. I have taken home loan from SBI New Circle Branch, Panvel for property at Panvel, The The home loan is going to be close now.

    2. Cheque Ser No 44401671 of AXIS BANK FOR RS 2,64,235/- issued in favour of my loan account Nos 31291674501 is pending with SBI New Circle Branch without any action. And my loan account is still showing outstanding loan.

    3. In this regards no any intimation has been received from SBI Panvel Branch. Numbers of time I was try to contacted your branch but no contact made with branch.

    4. Sir I am serving soldier of Indian Army and unable to contact every time.

    5. In view of the above you are humble request to credit above my cheque and close my home loan account.

    6. If any problem or complaint in this regard pl let me give update so that necessary action will be taken

    Dear sir / Madam,
    I took Car loan from your ONGC Branch, Panvel in Marach 2016 (Car Loan a/c no. 35662245643) with emi of Rs. 8991/- (ECS with Union Bank of India - Kharghar Sector -4 branch) for 7 years which I repaid full amount in March 2017. but with very next month i.e from April 2017 some cheque return charges were debited from my account till October 2017. Also in October full EMI amount i.e 8991/- is also debited from account . When I contacted SBI ONGC Branch Manager Ms. Shahira Sheikh ( Mob No. 8879667062) for this she said Customer has to intimate their bank to Stop ECS and the cheque returns charges amount which has debited till date is not received by SBI. she also asked me to send email to [email protected] for debited amount and also for who is receiving this credit. Accordingly I have sent so many emails to sbi but still my query is not solved. Still am waiting for my reply from you bank. Ms Shahira is not giving me proper feedback.

    I request you to please look into the matter and expecting prompt action from your side.
