    I have an account in your esteemed BablMain Branch Palakkad under salary provision...On 06..03..2019 at about 1500 hrs, while I was taking money from ATM..ICICI ATM Cherpulassery..I got a message that Rs5000 w/d@ICIATM SACWC619fm A/cx2574 on06Mar19Txn#906515004452Avl bal Rs25678If not w/d by u,frwd this SMS to 9223008333 or call1800111109 to block ur card....etc....But real fact is that due to the technical problem the ATM Machine could not disburse cash...I didn't get the cash aactually...i approached ICICI Back authorities but they said that approach SBI bank for remedy...So I came in to SBI Cherpulassery and the Manager said me that approach SBI Main Brach Palakkad where I am maintaining account....Due to some urgent duties I can't come directly so I am submitting this request that kind action may be taken to get back the money in to my account...

    I Have an nri account with sbi shoranur.mayilvahanam building..I tried to contact the branch so many times by telephone but nobody is attending.This is not a first time issue.Before also I got the same situation
