    deduction of amount after refusal of investment scheme

    Sir, It is intimated that I am a customer of SBI bank since last 11 years and my father is also an user since last 40 years. I am presently working in Indian Air Force and posted to Udhampur (Jammu & Kashmir). Actually after retirement of my father from fourth class service, manager of SBI branch asarganj had made convince my father to invest in some investment scheme by yearly submission of 50,000. Here I want to inform you that the amount that time was left in fathers account was 2 lacs 60 thousand, So the manager had made a plan to invest 2 lacs 50 thousand. what happened after that is, my father had purchased few house hold items for easy conveyance of my mother after that only 80,000 amount was left in account then my father had told me that I had made this investment plan and I am not able to continue with it because I have only that much amount has left in account which requires to fulfill my requirements in future. Then I have gone with my father to SBI branch asarganj and met with manager sahab and told him that my father cannot continue with this investment plan, please discontinue it. Then manager had rudely ignored our wordings first thereafter when we had requested three to four times he told ok, discontinue this and you will get your money back after five years with interest. After passing almost three months when my father had updated his passbook, 50,000 amount was deducted from account. When my father enquired about the deduction from bank staff, they told that you first submit your aadhar. Then next time staff told that submit your wife aadhar and they did not clarified the deduction matter. I am also available with my parents now so that I can help him. My father lives in a village 31 kms away from asarganj branch the place is Bhuna. My father is very tensed and ill at the age of 64 years, he is an old fracture patient of backbone and he cannot make frequent visits to branch. Now, please suggest sir what should I and my father should do for it. Staffs of asarganj branch are not co-operating with us. Please sir look into this, this will be a great support to not only my father and for all your valuable customers.
