    Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to bring you a kind notice regarding not received my ATM CARD as per above dispatch no. I have been waiting for this for around six months in order to do my transactions. Now I am really irritated with this poor service in case if I don't receive this after my hard try I would close my account and my family's account too. Kindly do the needful to provide my Debit cards at the earliest. Hoping for a quick and positive response.     Poor Customer service at your military cant branch gaya

    Sir......today I visited your military Cant branch gaya for opening of my wife account. I asked for account opening form but they told that today account will not be opened and hence they denied to give account opening form. After so much of request, finally they gave the forms. I completed the form and then approached the accountant but he denied to accept the form saying that he has joined only after 10 days and he will not accept the form today and he asked to come tomorrow i.e. 30.01.2018. But since i have to leave the station today so i requested BM to verify my forms but he told that you have to request accountant only and he is the final authority to say yes or No. Straight away i called the Regional Manager Sir and she assured me that she would talk to BM and also asked me wait there itself. But inspite of waiting there for 20 minutes issues was not resolved. I was totally disturbed and dissatisfied with your poor customer service..looking for early redressal and suitable reply from your side at the earliest..Alok Kumar, gaya mob:8305464494
