Sir, on 12/11/2016 i went to the cdm near police station, bokajan, karbi anglong, assam, to deposit cash of amount rs6000, around 2:40 pm. When i put the money inside the slot alloted in the cdm and proceeded the transaction process, the machine showed that the transaction is cancelled. Also no receipt was found. I waited there for few more miutes and checked the slot where i had put the money . The slot was empty. I immediately checked my account balance, but the amount was not credited to my acount. The very next moment i went to my branch office and reported there. Now it has been 18days passed,but i have not got my money credited to my account. I went for more than 6 days to bank ,but they keep on telling me the same thing to wait for few more days. Please sir solve the problem as soon as possible. My account no. - 31206859899
