    Timing 1:35pm dated 14th april 2018.
    Guard in sbi branch of jahangirpuri block A is not letting anyone to withdraw money from atm and is sleeping in atm and saying atm not working. But it is working as i ignored him and witdrawn my amount.
    I wanted to complain against him because he does not deserve to be there. Its a cost to bank and the profit comes from general publics deposits.he cant misuse the same.
    Kindly look into the matter seriously.

    My Saving A/c No-10666849351 was on Jahangir puri Delhi branch. we haD transfered my ac in SBI ADB Rookee Haridwar branch.we can not withdraw any amount by ATM or Bank.due to Account Hold of rupees 1-lakh. we can not understand why sbi Jahangir puri Delhi branch Hold my Account. I request to sbi jahangir puri branch,kindly remove Hold account of rupees 1-lakh.

    There is no one available at cash counter for remove the cash infact no one can complaint about this because manager is also not there......there is long queue at bank everbody is quarreling becoz of unavailability of manager.....they are no managing the bank on correct way they dont care about theri responsibilities very lazy staff available

    Pls look into this matter last 3 months my ATM card is block just because card is expired but still I have not received my new updated ATM card. Some personal issues I'm not available in Delhi till May 2018. So, pls arrange my new ATM card and dispatch to my registered address.
