    IT WAS PECULIAR THAT A.T.M. CARD {NOT USED FOR QUITE SOME TIME} UNDER MY SAVING ACCOUNT BEING USED FOR SOME 15-20 TRANSACTIONS PER WEEK ., WAS BLOCKED .

    I ALSO GAVE PROPOSAL FOR OPENING CURRENT A/C FOR HANDLING EXPORT L/C.

    NOW AFTER NEAR 10 DAYS THEY SAY MINIMUM RS. 5 LACS NEEDED FOR A/C OPENING .
