    Dear sir,
    I came kalupur bank (satellite) to know my passbook status but the machine was not working.So I was calling my dad.Then one lady rudely said"I said the machine is off"
    I don't like that.Then my passbook was checked by her.I was asked to say last five digits of passbook. I said it correctly but she misbehaved and said uneducated to me. That is wrong. Among
    all people she said me uneducated.I don't want to be a part of your bank.
    She should be sorry for that.
