ATM Transaction failed, but money got deducted from account by Dr. Ratna Chatterjee:

Dear sir,
ATM withdrawal was done through SBI debit card, card no.5103720342868518, in PNB ATM no D 1142020, previously UBI Kalla, Central Hospital, Asansol, west bengal on 1st April at 4.53 pm, transaction no. was 109116215280 for rs 10000.00,
The transaction failed because powercut during the process, but money was debited from my account.
I immidiatly complained to branch manager of PNB over phone, he assured me, money will be credited back after 24 hrs, but now 24 hrs has passed, but money has not yet credited in my account.
