    8 november ko maine apne card se ek payment ki jo ki 10000 rs ki thi. Mere account se wo debbit ho gya but transaction cancl ho gayi. 5 din wait karne ke baad. Maine uski branch me complaint karayi. Jiska complaint number hai 108689/17. Ye maine 13 november ko branch me di abhi tak iska koi refund ya reply nahi aaya. Please mere ye problem solve kare.     Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am Pawanpreet Singh Attri ,Having a Saving A/c no 06402011001412 in This OBC Bank ,, Branch : Officers Coloney Near YPS School,Patiala (Punjab) for Past 7-8 Years. I Follow All Instruction,Rules & Regulations Of This OBC Bank for the Smooth Running . I Submit All KYC Around 6-7 Month Ago Twice But Today I Face Very Humilating Situation. Today I along with my Family and Newly Wedd Couple and their family Went To Hotel for Dinner. Ok , At the Time of Billing I Use Debit Card (ATM CARD ) for Paying The Bill . When I Swap Card it shows DECLINE . I Do Swap Again & Again But Always Shown DECLINE. I feel very Ambarassed . All Continues Seeing This Drama. Once or Twice my Relatives said k A/c mae paisy ni honny tabbhi To Work ni kar raha . Then said K Chaddo Assin Pay kar Dindy haan . You Did’nt have Any Idea that I Feel Humilation at that Time. Luckily I found other Debit Card in my Wife Purse. Then I Pay that Bill. After that I go to ATM . I Swap it & Then it Shows on ATM screen that YOUR ATM CARD IS BLOCKED CONTECT YOUR BANK. I swap again & again at ATM . But Same thing happen . I feel very BAD & Ambarased For all this . Now I want to know k Why your Obc Bank Blocked my ATM card without Giving any Reason or any Intimation..? Altleast send me any Alert Msg k I do any other arrangement. So I want to know k why you Blocke my ATM Card ? And who is Responsible for my Mentaly & Physically Harassment & Disturbance Who pay for this ? I m Disturbed from all this . Let me know Urgently Otherwise I have to take some Bold Step Against this What Happens with me.
