I would like to bring your kind attention regarding fund transferred to wrong beneficiary account of BOB. Myself an account holder to Standard Chartered Bank, Delhi. I have initiated an IMPS transferred mistakenly to wrong beneficiary, and have raised the complain to my bank. Standard Chartered has initiated the request to BOB internally for refunding back however BOB Imphal failed to response regardless of many attempt (see ref no.), and hence I the undersigned(payee) request you to please look into the case on urgent basis.
