If you are having any complaints with any branches of Corporation Bank, do following:

Visit the Branch and contact the Branch Manager. Get the Complaint Form to register your complaint. Remember to keep its acknowledgement and reference number for future.
If the reply is not received by the Branch head, you can write to the Zonal office for its solution.

If the complaint is not attended or if you are not satisfied with the reply, you can also contact the Head Office.

    (08-12-2016)TODAY I HAVE GONE TO BANK FOR WITHDRAWAL SOME MONEY. AT. 3.15 PM. BUT GUARD HAS TOLD ME. BANKING TIME IS OUT. ONLY 3.20 PM IS BANKING HOURS FOR CUSTOMERS FOR CUSTOMERS. IT IS BANK BRANCH MANAGER INSTRUCTION. SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO WAITING FOR WITHDRAWAL MONEY AND DEPOSIT PURPOSE BUT THAT GUARD HAS NOT ALLOWED TO THEM AND ME ALSO FOR ENTRANCE IN BANK PREMISES.

    PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER RESPONSE FOR BANK WORKING HOURS IN DAILY ROUTINE. AND PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR BANKING GUARD AND BRANCH MANAGER .
