    My mother visited the bank for a new passbook, the lady at the counter instead of answering the query, shouted loudly at her and rather answering or asking anything else the first thing she asked was, do you even know when you have opened an account with us which was pretty rude. My mother asked her to talk softly, however she continued yelling at her. Request you to please take necessary action against the lady.     I have bank account in lonavala sahakari bank ,kamshet branch.today i am going to close my bank ac from this branch but i am surprise that bank manager says if you want to close this ac you have to wait for 2 days.she asking for submit the written application & next day you have collect the money.this branch manager speaking very roudly.she said hdfc bank also take 2 days for account closing formality.please take necessary action.
