If you have any complaint with any of the services of Allahabad Bank, do following:

Step 1
Give your complaint to the Branch Manager for the solution. Remember to keep its receipt for reference.

Step 2
If you are not satisfied with the reply of the branch manager then you can contact the concerned Zonal Manager.

    Today I have going your branch cash deposit my friend account.But your employe ( Mr. Sunil kumar choudhary and Mr. Sanjay surma) very rude and misbehaving or Mr. Sanjay surma pull my hand. Sunil kumar choudhary told me ( chal bahar to) than i am going branch manager
    Your employe not behave wall. Manager ask me his a senior person. Senior person means pull my hand.
    I ask manager what is your customers attend rules. Please let me now this your bank employee behavior right or wrong. Branch manager not ask employee why pull my hand.
